History of Animal Clinical Trials
- Gongwin Biopharm’s Pet Medical Care Division started the field pre-trial in the fourth quarter of 2019. From January 1, 2020 to April 21, 2021, there have been 30 clinical cases of dogs accepted.
- On March 30, 2021, the " Dogs and Cats Preliminary Clinical Trial Result Presentation Event " was held.
- Currently, 30 cases have been accepted, and the statistical results show:
1.After the company conducted PTS intratumoral injection, PTS trial drug was proven to have obvious efficacy. In terms of overall efficacy evaluation, the response rate of melanoma to PTS drugs is 71%, indicating that after injection, the efficacy of tumor remission can reach more than 70%; the response rate of various tumors is 50%.
2.The results of survival time follow-up showed that: after PTS injection, more than half of the fur babies with melanoma survived more than 7 months; and after injection, the survival time of fur babies suffering from other types of tumors was close to 3-4 months.
3.In terms of the evaluation of impact on quality of life, overall, whether it is melanoma or other types of tumors, the quality of life after injection remains unchanged or even improved when compared with before injection, indicating that the quality of life was not affected during the trial.
